Christopher Smith is a senior care and dementia care professional, an author, servant leadership trainer and coach, and a group facilitator.

With over a decade in the senior and dementia health care field, and over 25 years as a leadership and business consultant, he has combined the two strengths, devoting his time to 'inspire those who serve others' in the senior healthcare field.

He has received recognition as a Certified Assistant Living Administrator, a Board Certified Dementia Educator, Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer, and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach to name a few.

He has his bachelors in Business Management, Masters in Christian Counseling, and a Doctorate in Christian Business with a focus in Servant Leadership.

Christopher Smith is the author of "Who Am I and What Am I Doing Here?". And is working on his second book titled “The Professional Caregiver”. A combination of professional caregiver stories from around the world and the values the professional caregivers aspire. Publication is planned for Spring 2023.

He boasts that most of his life was invested in the 'country of Brooklyn, NY' (not a typo) and now lives and works in South Jersey with his family.

Interesting fact, the main characters' personalities in his book "Who Am I and What Am I Doing Here?", were taken from his pets, Maxx, Duke, Maggie, and Ginger.

He is a non-denominational Christian Chaplain, working as a hospital, hospice, corporate and police chaplain.
He has enjoyed working with a 'wonderful and beautiful diverse tapestry of people from many races, ethnicities, faiths' and religions'.

His company, The Wellspring Senior, trains and certifies front-line staff in senior care, dementia care, coaches and consults with caregivers, directors and managers in servant leadership with whole-life approach in the daily journey of senior-care.
